Who's Jokke?

Hello,

Here you can find some more info about the person behind this site, me in fact.


 > Name:        Joren aka Jokke, (Lastname isn't important)

 - Age:           Born 28/02/1985
                     So, I'm on this globe for about 19 years.

 > Studies:     I study electronics at the technology department at Denayer insitute in Sint-Katelijne-Waver(Near Mechelen) 
                     Well we finished the first year with succes, off too the second. (Juin 2004)

                     I did my secundary studies at TSM in Mechelen (Malines),Belgium. 
                     It's technical school where I did studies  electricity option electronics.
    

 - Hobby's:   Restore Old tractors and cars, repair all kinds of machinery,  Elektonics, old-timerfairs and meetings,...

 > Extra:

When I 've got some spare time, mostly I'm working on one of our Old-timers and other projects.
It started verry early for me.  When I was a little child I always wanted to know how everything works.
When I got the chance to help at reparing tractors and machinery, I did help, so I learned a lot by doing things.
At the age of 12 I've got an old-timer tractor. It was a IH F-267D.  The engine was stuck so it needed a complete
overhaul.  I did most of the work, ofcourse my dad helped me sometimes back then.
And after a while it gets a little addictive.  Now we own about twelve real old-timers and a couple young-timers.
All are on this site.  They aren't yet all restored, but we 're working on it.

The reason why I build this site, is that every'one can see what I'm working on, and sharing interests.
Restoring old-timers is like a microbe or a virus, once you get it doesn't go away.
And I hope that they never find antidote. :-)
